DDH Oat Cream IPA
Late Checkout is a brand new DDH Oat Cream IPA that we have juiced up with a huge hit of Clayton Hops CIP 076, Cashmere and Mosaic. The brief with this hop combo was simple - big juicy, sweet and succulent melon, backed up with a fresh hit of blueberry and red berries. Check, check and check. It pours a vibrant orange colour with aromas immediately wafting out that are dominated by papaya and paw paw. Take a sip and the melon party continues with sweet and creamy rockmelon and hits of watermelon coming through. Mosaic brings in squishy blueberry notes on the backend before a final slice of orange creamsicle rounds it out. The finish is oh-so-soft with a creamy tropical saturation.

Aromas of passionfruit, orange and caramel biscuit are a great beginning.
The oats are very prominent, giving it a soft mouthfeel, but there's a lack of bit behind it. The passionfruit combines with lemon and cream to give it a very tangy finish that's kind of a lemon meringue pie, but I would have liked a little more punch.

From a 440ml can on 11/2/2026. Pours a hazy light golden with a smallish head. Has a light pleasant nose that's primarily orange and lemon, with a touch of passionfruit. Tastes of orange and lemon sherbet, with more passionfruit - sweetish, with a modest tangy bitterness at the back. Has a pillowy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very pleasant drinking.
