Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons and infection. The flavor is sour with notes of infection and malt, leading to a burning dry finish. Yes, pre-prohibition beers could be infected, but why try to emulate that? silly.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Tart caramellish nose. Medium body, tart and fruity - clearly there’s some sort of infection going on here. No real bitterness. 221012

Draught. Amber-orange with a fine, low head. Malty nose, a bit of caramel like in Vienna malt, some citrus hop. Fruity, grainy caramel flavor, a bit sweet. Drinkable and nice, but not special.

On tap at SPSBF. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a lot of hay and earthy grains with some corn and grass. Flavor has corn and grains with a bit of underlying hay.
