Can at Ellen's. Pours black, nose is honey, smoke, oak, wood spice, chocolate, taste is sweet toffee, woody, honey, spices, chocolate, a lot going on here. 8//8/7/7/7

Can at home, shared with James, 1st March 2026. Pours thick and black. Aroma is chocolate, honey, liquorice, wood and peat, taste is super complex, chocolate and r roasted malts, wood and whiskey, with the honey interlaced, weaving through the palate, fantastic and quite unique

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Darkest brown. Thin beige head. Aroma has sweet honey and smoke and barrel - peat? Flavourwise the barrel takes the lead - defo peaty - followed by light honey sweetness. Medium bodied. Slightly oily. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry finish. Overly polite Impy Stout.
