Keep Honking

Brewed with our friends at Dancing Gnome in Pittsburgh. Brewed with knowledge we picked up while touring a Newark, NJ mega brewery (RIP). We started with a cereal cook, extracting as much starch as we could from 200lbs of rice, then mashed in some special loxless Canadian pilsner malt right on top of the cooking rice. We boiled high gravity with Motueka hops, then diluted down in the FV to a starting gravity of 9p. The beer is also Krausen conditioned in the cans and kegs for a little extra pop of carbonation. Light and brite, with just a touch of NZ hop flavor.
