Inspired by the layered joy of a mexican hot-chocolate, our decidedly grown-up tribute is aged for a year in tequila barrels. Judicious additions of chilies, habanero peppers, cinnamon, and vanilla yield an immersive flavor experience. The heat is present, but subdued, allowing a fuller expression of both the chilies and habanero peppers. The tequila barrel character becomes more prominent on the finish, well-complemented by subtle vanilla and cinnamon notes.

Pour at The Dark Arts Feestival 2026. Near black pour, ring of beige foam. Boozy aroma, roasty, tequila, spicy. Tast follows with the peppers becoming more pronounced, blending well with the tequila, all held up the nice roasty base. Strong
