DIRT CAKE STOUT
A dirt cake stout with Oreo wafers, Tahitian vanilla and gummy worms.
We brewed Pudding Caravan with over 60 pounds of Oreo wafers, Tahitian Vanilla, and a few handfuls of gummy worms in the mash.
There’s just something magical about eating a dessert that looks like dirt. But no one wants to drink a stout that looks like dirt. So this stout just looks like a stout. Feel free to garnish with gummy worms and licorice spiders, though.
Hops: Citra
Malts: Maris Otter, T. Fawcett Pale Chocolate, Briess Chocolate Malt, Simpson’s DRC, Midnight Wheat, Grain MIllers Flaked Oats

Sample at the 2026 Dark Arts Festival. lack pour, a few bubbles, thick. Chocolaty aroma, cookies, cocoa powder. Taste is sweet and gooey, chocolaty, fudgy, actually tastes like pudding. A good way to kick off the fest.
