On tap at Ridgewood, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has dry roast, earthiness, and some bitter cocoa powder. Flavour is much the same, with more roast than typical for a dry Irish stout, some earthiness, and bitter cocoa powder. Better than average for the style, but not particularly interesting.
