For January we got a new lot year harvest of Manilita (a new hop from freestyle) and used it as a supporting hop to the always delectable Riwaka. We taste notes of red berry, kumquat and some dank tropical notes

Hazy orange colour and medium-sized white head. Riped tropical fruits in the nose (not so juicy). Medium-bodied. Stonefruit, vinegum in the flavour. Light citrus, low bitterness.
