Last year's collaboration between Rockyard and Pagosa was so good, we aged it in Bourbon barrels for a little extra sumpin'. Rich malt plus a smooth Bourbon aroma and flavor make this Scotch Ale really, really, really good.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/21/2015. Pours a clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of bourbon, malt, fruit and mild hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of peaty malt, bourbon, fruit and earthy hops. The finish is mildly smoky with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.
