An opulent imperial stout aged in Swedish whisky casks, and infused with specialty coffee from Brazil, Santa Cecília.

Taste
The silky and elegant first taste brings raisins covered in dark chocolate. The syrupy sweetness is decorated with roasted coffee notes and mouth-warming whisky. The creaminess and rich flavour profile reminiscent of Irish coffee make it the perfect companion for dessert or even a replacement for it.

Nose
First, a mellow whisky aroma presents itself, followed by the star of the show - espresso and dried fruit dipped in chocolate.

Appearance
A viscous, deep dark beer with a cocoa-like foam that dissipates quickly.

Additions
Coffee, lactose

Hops
Azacca

Malts
Pilsner, Munich light, oat malt, Special B, Caramel 300, Chocolate rye, Carafa special T-3, Chocolate

(Keg at Põhja Konn, 20260217) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee, dark chocolate and lightly vinous notes. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, sweetness, chocolate, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had coffees, sweetness and bitterness. A tasty burnt brew hiding its ABV with extra sugar.
