Draft at the source. Hazy deep amber color, beige head. Aroma of lightly spiced brown bread doigh. Taste is boozy and lightly spiced. Nice body.

1L bottle-pours a foamy tan head that laces and copper color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-roasty/toffee, secondary earthy hops. Taste is sweet medium/dark malt-cocoa powder/roasty/toffee, secondary earthy hops, yeast, raisin/prune.

Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a reddish caramel brown with a small head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, candi sugar, peach and pear. Taste is coffee, candi sugar and pineapple. Full bodied.
