Our red beer isn't made with red berries.
Its intense color comes from hibiscus (bissap).
Its freshness comes from locally grown mint.
And its acidity is balanced by a vanilla syrup, also locally grown.
Be warned, if you're looking for strong vanilla flavors, they're almost imperceptible.
It's there to gently round out the hibiscus's acidity, which can sometimes be a bit overpowering when brewed. A true delight.
Best served very chilled between 5 and 7°C.
Hops: Saaz, Brewers Gold.
Malts: Pale Ale, Wheat.

Directly from the bottle at the source. Can’t see what it looks like but I bet it’s pink. It tastes pink! Big hibiscus and wheat with citrus.
