“Hops are grown, not farmed”, exclaimed Kem Eggers as we sat on his deck enjoying a fresh hop beer and the sunset before us.
We are excited to collaborate with an OG of NZ hop horticulture on this hazy IPA. Expect tropical intensity like you would not believe.
Featuring four lots chosen from among 40 to emphasize early harvest characteristics of passion fruit, white wine and stonefruit.
Hops: Special, pESHarine, Lily, Nelson (Eggers)

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: milky yellow haziness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissolved nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet onion/danky hop, sweet grassy hops, light piney hops, some white grapes/white wine-like hoppy tones, super light clean malts
Flavor: meshes all those prior noted aromas together to a white grapey sweet and semi-oily quality with some of the danky/onion hoppy tones; finishes grassy/danky and white grape-like
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability to this, nice low carb, pretty smooth along the tongue with a little bit of oily hoppiness
Overall: another very nice NEIPA by these guys I'm surely to return to.
