Reviewed from notes.
Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a one finger off white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: deep milk chocolate tones up front, some dark chocolate, light fudgy notes then the sweet tones and the roasty tones of the coffee, subtle vanilla further down in there
Flavor: sweetly blends the prior noted aromas, subte roasty tones underneath; great finish of the coffee sweet and roasty vibes
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, exceptionally smooth along the tongue - nothing seems to want to bother the smoothness, wow, boy is that awesome or what! And it doesn't become watery at all
Overall: the texture is the best thing about this beer but the rest of it is quite good too, well brewed and worthy to return to.
