A nod to a traditional blonde ale brewed with specialty malts, and a mix of UK and US hops - Goldings, Target and Cascade combine in a delicious floral hoppy taste with balance.

Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a golden yellow with a small scummy off-white head and good lacing. There’s malts and oranges in the aroma, plus some hints of floral hops. In the mouth it is quite bitter with a creamy texture. Flavours are bitter hops, autumn fruits and some traces of nuts. After a while a little underlying caramel and some citrus come through as well. Finish is dry and slightly sweet. This is reasonable.
