750ml bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Golden coloour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, wood, oak. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, apple pie, caramel, vanilla, woody, with oak notes and some drying spicy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
