'That's That,' our barrel-aged sour Saison blended with Royal Velvet Lavender. Royal Velvet Lavender is grown along the Western Slopes of Colorado and is known for its stunning large, dark flowers and flavorful taste profile. When blended with the sour beer, the Royal Velvet’s distinct honeyed floral aromas and herbal signature flavors seamlessly combine with the peppery, citrus characteristics of our Saison. The result is an effervescent, honeyed citrus Saison with a delicate floral touch in the finish.

0,75l bottle at home. No bb Date. yellow hazy color, rather big white head. smells spices, Saison yeast, earthy, Chlorophyll, bit flowery, honey, hay. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbal, flowery, earthy, Saison yeast, peppery, tobacco. finishes lightly dry with notes of flowers, honey and earthy notes. Nice one, rather classic style, saisonish
