Brewed with a blend of Pale Ale Malt, Pilsner Malt, and Malted Oats; hopped with a wee bit of East Kent Goldings; fermented with an English Ale strain; finished with Earl Grey tea and vanilla beans. The inspiration for this beer, is the classic London Fog drink. The vanilla takes a back seat, adding just a touch of perceived sweetness to balance the herbal bergamot from the Earl Grey, all atop a soft palate of malt

Draft at brewery. Very dull colored gold. Not most appetizing looking. Nose is rich tea and vanilla. Both those flavors dominate the mild palate and flavor profile. Pleasant beverage but fairly odd and un beery
