Can to lager glass.
Appearance: dark amber close to brown color with a two and a half fingers of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: toasted nuts, dark malts, sweet earth, light caramel tones and a subtle cocoa powder
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together in a fine sweet to toasty quality; finishes malty and toasty
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, very smooth along the tongue, light dryness
Overall: a very nicely done Dunkel lager very worthy of returning to.
