Appearance: dark mahogany color with a three finger eggshell white foamy head that dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: biscuity, dark bready, toffee, sweet nuts and sweet earthy tones
Flavor: matches the aromas to a sweet tone; finishes crisp with the sweet earthiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness on the tongue
Overall: nicely done single bock worthy to have again.
