On tap at Principia CDMX. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa powder on the nose. Flavour has a pretty well-calibrated mix of cinnamon, cacao, and vanilla. Not much of a malt base. Nice and dry. Pretty palatable pastry stout.

On tap at Principia CDMX, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has a nice mix of vanilla, cinnamon, and cocoa, with toasted malt in back. Flavour is dry, with lots of dusty cocoa powder, some cinnamon, a touch of earthy coffee, and light vanilla. Finishes dry and semi-bitter. Pleasant.
