The second entry in our ongoing collaborative series with our good friend Chris from Tavalon. We brewed this 7% dry hopped wheat with loads of flaked and horrified wheat and a touch of Munich. Brewed with and cold steeped in Tavalon’s Peachy Oolong we paired this with Summer and Wai-iti hops throughout the process to amplify the huge peach flavors and stone fruit aromatics.
