A mi-chemin entre une Pale Ale et une IPA, cette bière met l’accent sur un houblonnage très riche en arômes apportés par l’addition de trois houblons nobles (Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Chinook) à différents moments du brassin. Il en résulte une explosion de saveurs au nez et en bouche, ceci sous une jolie mousse bien persistante.

It is a regular pale ale, on the way, maybe that you could have more hop, even though it is a good one, a bit watery at the final, 12.07.17, at Prélaz, from Siebenthaler at Montagny.
