On tap at Brisa, pours black with a medium, creamy tan head. Aroma has notes of dry cocoa, gentle roast, and crusty bready malt. Flavour is dry, with plenty of roasted malt, moderate bitterness, and bitter cocoa powder. Nice roasty character, low but fitting carb, good balance. Pretty solid.

On tap at Brisa. Pours a very dark brown with a tan head. Very bready nose with some roasted malt notes. Flavour has ton of brown porridge bread with some gentle roast notes. It's simple, but I like the bready malt profile.
