On tap at Pacheco, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, some estery notes, and a touch of fruitiness. Flavour is too estery, but still has some semblance of a rustic character. The yeast isn’t used properly—and the carb is much too low. Not well-executed but not disastrous.

On tap at Pacheco. Pours clear gold with a white head. Saison yeast and some herbal grass on the nose. Flavour has somewhat timid saison yeast, caramel malts. It's okay, but too sweet; just not quite coming together.
