Foam's 8th Anniversary beer. A Double IPA dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Sultana. While we are always exploring a diverse array of styles, the Double IPA has always been our go-to anniversary celebration beer. Bizarre Celebrations: Let’s Pretend is a bold, juicy DIPA brewed to set the party off right. With aromas of fresh apricot on the nose, cantaloupe and peach nectar on the palate, and a dreamy medley of fruit to close out the flavor profile journey, you can’t go wrong with this one if you’re even kind of a hoppy beer appreciator.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: murky orange color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral, pineapple and some apricot/peachy hop tones, clean malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a bittersweet juicy tone; finishes super juicy through the pineapple to apricot/peachy
Texture: light to medium bodied, borderline sessionable, extremely smooth to the point of going from mobile to watery, hmmmm...
Overall: great aromas and flavor but might have needed some "beef" to the body.
