It’s actually pretty long since we used a hop from Australia ! Eclipse offers sweet mandarin flavors and zesty citrus peel and fresh pine needles. We pair it with our house favorite, Nelson Sauvin. Bringing his famous and distinct gooseberry and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Juicy, fresh and balanced !
