Due to the great feedback we received on Zephyr we decided to revisit and refine further.
This iteration has a few key tweaks that elevate the beer and really let it sing.
This time around we added Sabro and Mosaic on the hot side,
boosting overall hop expression and aroma
whilst adding a subtle foundation of coconut cream and orange peel.
A generous addition of oats enhances the mouthfeel, delivering a softer body and excellent head retention.
It’s dry hopped with the same combo of Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Azzaca,
bringing flavours of white grape, bright citrus and a subtle, balanced dankness.
The result?
A soft and juicy pale that punches well above it’s weight at a crushable 4.2%!

Draft at From Beer To Eternity, Havant. Hazy-opaque copper gold. Thick foamy white head with mega lacing. Aroma has pithy orange citrus. Underlying chewy gritty malts. Flavourwise it has tangy sourness over bitter core. Underlying minerals and herbs. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice if a tad basic/one-noted.
