Can to tulip.
Appearance: opaque burnt orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sharp citrusy rind with some light notes of pine and stifled peaches, light clean malts
Flavor: bitter to bittersweet through the prior noted aromas with a light orangey taste in there underneath; finishes orangey with some pine
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability, the carb level seems low but I wonder if it could have been just a tad lower, hmmmm...quaint hop bitterness
Overall: I believe it's an attempt at a NEIPA but perhaps not one to hang with the big boys or at least not yet.
