A collaboration with Motor Craft Ales across the river in Windsor, Ontario. An ode to international cooperation and the failed Amazon Headquarters bid. This is a "Milk Shake" IPA brewed with kumquat, pineapple and lactose. Color like a kumquat with a light haze and oily lacing. Aromas of Fresh Kumquat and Orange zest, Pineapple Juice, Honey and hint of Vanilla. Sweet full bodied with a mild rind like bitterness and tart twang.

Draft at Bordentown Square. Number one with a bullet. Amber orange pour. Small white head. Toasted malt aroma. Flavor is bittersweet citrus and herbal hops. Some spicy notes as well. Clean and crisp, with a hint of peppery hops on backend.
