From a Hacienda that produces, traditional, hand made sipping tequila from the bee-pollinated Blue Weber Agave plant. This Anejo barrel was filled using a Strong Belgian-style Blonde and our Thunderstorm Honey Ale. Wonderful sipper with notes of candied lemon, watermelon, cherry, lime, citrus filled honey, and balancing toasted buttery oak.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light fruits and a bit of honey with a hint of cherry and some oak underlying. Flavor has melon, light fruits and cherry with oak and honey supporting.
