To make this massive Double NEIPA extra special, we sent our brave brewers on a mission to use the most expensive hops they could find. We don’t remember giving them this mission, but based on the hop bill they used in this recipe, we can only assume that’s what happened.

Starting with a malt bill bulked out with creamy flaked adjuncts, they’ve dry hopped it in extra-generous quantities with Citra, Cashmere and Dolcitta to create not only a flavour profile bursting with lime, honeydew melon and grapefruit, but also a bookkeeper’s worst nightmare.

Luckily, they used the work credit card to pay for it. It’s future Mountain Culture’s problem now!
