The very first release in our brand-new Brewer Series. Crafted by our brewing team as a tribute to beer’s origins, WHITE is a Belgian-inspired White Ale (5.3% ABV) brewed with pilsner malt, wheat, orange peel, coriander, and a touch of chamomile. Expect bright citrus, subtle spice, and spring florals, finished with a refreshing dry hop of Hallertau Blanc. Fresh, aromatic, and brewed with complete transparency — this is beer, the Modus way.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy golden with big white head. Great aroma with plenty of citrus and notes of pineapple and cardamom. Medium body with good soft carbonation. Great taste too. Starts of with plenty of nice gently tart citrus. Some spicy notes develop, mainly coriander seed, cardamom and clove. Maybe hints of banana towards the end. Lingering gently peppery notes in the finish. Very enjoyable.
