Prestige Cuvée is a creamy, Tree House–style Double IPA that carries aromas of fresh-squeezed grapefruit, tender Champagne mangoes, and sugary, farm-fresh orange juice. These notes culminate in a subtle bitterness that highlights the pine aromas hidden within its tropical profile.
Our beer begins in the hop yard. This past year, we spent time with Coleman Farms to deliberately alter a variety of post-harvest processes, boosting specific characteristics that are singular in our hoppy beer. This careful and creative collaboration yielded stunning results. When seeking to master a skill, the variables become exponential. Where the path ends is precisely where the real work begins—the precipice where we push our knowledge into the unknown and break new ground.

Pours a hazy, gold-peach color, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma has a strong citrus element, some tropical fruit. Flavors follow, with light underlying sweetness. Very soft mouthfeel. Mild verging on moderate levels of hop bitterness in the finish.
