Our Sour Ale in full dessert mode with boysenberry and strawberry flooding the glass in jammy, sweet-tart goodness, then crashing straight into creamy cheesecake and vanilla cream for a thick, silky, fork-optional finish. It’s rich, it’s ridiculous, and it absolutely refuses to choose between beer and dessert. #99 is here to cause delicious problems.

Aromas are sour boysenberry, malt, vanilla cheesecake. Flavors are similar to nose. More tart than sweet with okay carbonation. Maybe there's some strawberry in there somewhere. Very thick. Not as good as the other sore better I have had.

Murky fuchsia with a small red head. Strong cheesecake and vanilla. Long finish. Full bodied.

16 oz can. Aroma is a strong amount of boysenberry and vanilla. Flavor follows with maybe an essence of strawberries. The one thing that’s a little bit different about this one is the gritty , thicker mouth feel than the others I’ve tried in the series. Also, not a lot of tartness. Finish is sweet. Honestly, not sure cheesecake in any beer is a really great idea.
