Appearance: pale yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated somewhat quick, not much lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, sugary bubblegum, sweet lemon, sweet orange and some grassy hops
Flavor: leads very sweetly, the coriander tries to add some spic but really falls short; finishes very bubblegummy and sweet lemony
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness, light spicy scrapes the tongue a bit
Overall: though not a true witbier, it's somewhat easy to take down on a hot day, not bad for a post-lawn mowing beer.
