From a mixed 18 pack of Land Grant cans! Pour Slightly cloudy pale yellow, much lighter than your typical fest beer. Nose is slight farmy citrus. Quite different taste for an oktoberfest, unconventional to the style. Little bit of odd hops in there, not sure if they are noble or not, I don't thinks so, lacks the manners of a noble hop. Good level of carbonation. Yes, now I'm getting some sort of pilsner bitter bite in the middle, but its not totally in yer face like a typical domestic pilsner. Good level of carbonation. Overall, Ok but it could be a little better behaved. That pilsner bite builds to the finish. Drinkable.
