Bearwalker was inspired by our brewmaster Bailey’s Vermont roots. Pure maple syrup is infused during the conditioning phase, and is noticeable from start to finish. Chocolate malts add roasted notes to the flavor and aroma. It is also more highly hopped than most browns to create a balanced, yet complex brew.

12oz can at home courtesy of Rob, big thanks. Canned 08/29/2020. copper / brownish clear color, medium big off-white head. smells grassy, earthy, tobacco, marzipan, some caramel, toffee. nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, toffee, peppery, some soy sauce, light maple, marzipan, molasses, spices. finishes lightly bitter with notes of toffee, earthy and peppery notes. decentish, not very fresh at all. in this state drinkable but not overly exciting.

12 oz. can from Fresh Market in Brentwood, TN. Pours a clear burnt sienna color with a tan head and great retention. Very good lacing. Dark caramel aroma. Tasty sweet caramel, brown sugar and nuts flavor. Not bitter. Light carbonation. Slick mouthfeel. Good, but too sweet for repetitive consumption. A good dessert beer.

From a 12 oz can. Pours a clear pale mahogany with an ecru head. Woody aroma with some feint maple notes. Flavors are sweet maple soda with some hop bitterness at the finish.

Leftover from my tennessee trip, nice brown ale vibes with honey maple finish, none of the cheap brown ale nose or finish you usually find. Nice one.

12oz can c/o BenT. Loud, hissy, hugely excessive head sort of screams infection to me. Thankfully, the taste and aroma are clean. Rather mild Brown Ale, smoothed out with the Maple Syrup. Quite easy drinking and refreshing, doesn't come off sweet or cloying at all. mild nutty tone. Good.
