A thick, rich and lovely balanced blend of barley wine and stout aged in a small format Thy Whisky barrel for 14 months. Notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, whisky and oak.
Brewer's Notes: our 3rd stout-wine blend, this is the first we have barrel aged and we are thrilled with the results. The barrel from our friends at Thy adds an incredible extra depth to this beer.

Pitch black colour with no head.Aroma sweet warming taste of dark drid fruit and brown sugar mild sweet warming and smooth ok by but still I'm a sucker for good barley wines.
