This particular West Coast IPA is a “Single Farm” release. It features hops and malts sourced exclusively from Westwood Farms a family-operated, sustainable farm in Gervais, Oregon. By focusing on a single source, we’re able to highlight the unique flavors and characteristics that only our local soil can produce.
The Result: A fruitier, crisp West Coast IPA that’s as fresh as it gets. Enjoy aromas of orange, grapefruit, mango and guava with a taste that’s subtly sweet with medium bitterness that lightly lingers on the palate.
MALTS
Linc Baroness Pale, Lyon light Munich, Cashup Wheat
HOPS
Citra, Simcoe
