A lesser known Belgian ale, this beer is a close relative of Saison and farmhouse ales, but lighter in touch. The beer has a blond, hazy appearance owing to higher than normal levels of wheat. On the nose there is a yeast-driven spiciness tinged with delicate citrus tones. The body is light and refreshing but full of flavour from the yeast and old-world hops.
