Breaking away from our tradition as we celebrate the
wonders of cask beer. Pilsner malt teams up with Pale Ale, Caramel and Biscuit malt, forming the base to our rendition of an English Best Bitter Ale.
Toasty and light-amber in colour with bitter, piney and citrusy orange marmalade notes from a blend of Goldings, Bramling Cross and First Gold hops – classic, fullbodied, and full of character. Best enjoyed with friends and your favourite packet of crisps.

Cask at The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer, Brisssle. Opaque amber-gold. Frothy white head. Aroma combines fruit and malts for a warming gluey effect. Flavourwise it's got a sour streak over a caramel and malts sweetness. Peripheral bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.

Cask at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Nose is toffee, caramel, dried fruits. Taste very much the same as the above. Sweet, malty & just a slight bitterness. Very flavoursome.
