Supernova is our latest collaboration with our local brewing friends at Oddity.

It is a 7.7% ABV West Coast DIPA designed for those who love crisp bitterness and intense aromatic profiles that explode like a true star.

With a bright golden color and a persistent white head, it stands out for its heavy use of Superdelic, Simcoe Cryo, and Citra Cryo hops. On the nose, it offers an explosion of aromas combining ripe tropical fruits and red berry notes from the Superdelic with peach nuances from the Simcoe and the characteristic grapefruit and citrus fruit touches of Citra. On the palate, it features a medium body with a firm, clean, and dry bitterness, characteristic of the West Coast style, which perfectly balances the malt sweetness.

It is a powerful yet extremely drinkable beer, with a long, resinous finish that invites another sip. Ideal for pairing with spicy dishes, intense burgers, or aged cheeses.

Malts: Barley malt.
Hops: Citra cryo, Simcoe cryo and Superdelic.
Doble Dryhopping: Citra cryo, Simcoe cryo and Superdelic.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Grainy malt with fruity/piney hop, citrus, bready grain, pine, orange. About medium bitter with a light sweetness. Medium body. Needs to be a little more bitter for true West Coast DIPA.
