5 ounce bottle pour at the brewery - lightly hazy light gold - heavily oaky, notes of peach and other stone fruit - a light sourness/acidity that leads to a very dry finish with lingering oak - the acidity tastes artificial, almost like they dumped some malic acid into it, so that is off-putting for me - it’s okay.
