Tap at J’s West Sixth tap takeover. Pours a deep gold to light orange with a finger of foam that lingers. Big simcoe nose. Pineapple, citrus and light dank notes. Slightly earthy with some faint onion. Good body, good carbonation. Well-balanced with the simcoe really shining throughout. A big improvement on the regular IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Second Fiddle Simcoe IPA on 21 Jan 2017 at 19:58 - Score: 8. Original review text: Big simcoe nose.
