The saison style originated as a beer brewed in the French area of Belgium, where it was stored for drinking by farm workers during the summer months. Our saison features a unique yeast strain that produces fruity and peppery notes. It is brewed to "export" strength, but has a dry finish that makes it easily drinkable.

Draft at the source. Cloudy orange yellow color. Aroma of barnyard citrus. Taste has funky orange peel, rising bread dough. Tasty.

Draft. Musty, yeasty, lemon, peach, and malt flavor. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Sweet orange-peach malt and light musty hay flavor. Nice solid saison.
