A refreshing, approachable golden ale that showcases the floral and citrus notes of Centennial hops without overwhelming bitterness. Perfect as a gateway craft beer or a summer patio sipper. Clean, balanced and versatile.

Cask at Shrewsbury Arms, Stafford. Pours a hazy golden straw with a sizable foamy off-white head, good lacing and medium carbonation. There’s floral hops, honey and biscuits in the aroma. In the mouth it is smooth, creamy and quite bitter but with a little underlying sweetness. There’s floral hops, citrus and malts in the flavour plus hints of ginger and herbs. Bitterness lasts into a decidedly dry finish. This is quite decent.
