We designed Giant Lands with the sole thought of, "if we could only brew one Westcoast DIPA for the rest of our existence, what would that be?" Well, it would be pretty dry, not over the top, but dry enough we could smash the first pint with ease. It would also have almost no malt character, a little sure, but we want it harder to find than an Operating Thetan Level 8. It should also have the perfect amount of bitterness, enough that you know you're drinking a Double IPA, but not so much that you need to apply fluoride afterwards. It should also have a hop aroma louder than the Battle of the Somme, and all of the hop aromas, we want mango, grapefruit, pine needles, dank buds, papaya, passion fruit, blueberries, orange juice, tangerine peel, and everything else we could cram into a can. [hops: Krush, Citra, Waimea]
