Paying homage to the superstar of the NEIPA hop game. Our pure Citra double dry-hopped DIPA is brewed with a flipped grain bill resulting in a hazy light blonde appearance. On first smell we get grapefruit and hints of tropical goodness. Boomski is a well-balanced DIPA highlighting one of our favorite hops.

5 oz. part of flight at brewery.Deeply hazy light brown/dark yellow, nice sparkle, thin head, excellent retention, soapy lacing.Aroma strong grapefruit, citrus.Taste strong orchard fruit, citrus, bitter grapefruit. Smooth texture, soft carb, dry fin. Nice all around.
