Smooth, rich, and brewed for comfort — this decadent ale showcases our Chocolate Spice malt, a Belgomalt Creative Series roasted release made with warming cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Paired with creamy oats, it brings soft notes of chocolate, subtle coffee, and gentle spice, wrapped in a silky mouthfeel. No classic roast malts here — just layered, indulgent character with a creative twist.

No head, copperish-ochre beer, not looking very carbonated. Spicy nose, cookie- and chocolatemalt. I cannot define the spices, if ginger sounds plausible (as it is from Boortmalt, both chocolate and spices are infused in the malt, not the worts). Ginger, milk chocolate, bit other grains (oats), some other (sweet) spices. Reappearing in the MF, the oats make the beer creamy, but this gets 'balanced' by the lively carbonation in the end, that is practically invisible. Chocolate is not the main characteristic, the spices are more upfront, even if they remain anonymous.
